Working principle：

Drawer powder separator is to fix the magnetic bar in the drawer frame made of high quality stainless steel sheet. The magnetic bar is composed of high quality stainless steel tube and high B value of rare earth NdFeB alloy, and adopts special manufacturing method. When the raw material pass through, the iron material and ferromagnetic impurities will be firmly attracted on the surface of the magnetic bar, to ensure the safety of products and equipments in good condition .

一、適應範圍：

易清理式磁性篩檢程式（易清理式粉料除鐵器）主要用於清除粉狀、片狀及顆粒狀原料中的鐵磁性雜質，廣泛適用於陶瓷、電力、礦業、塑膠、化工、橡膠、製藥、食品、環保、顏料、染料、電子、冶金等行業。

二、工作原理：

易清理式磁性篩檢程式是將採用優質不銹鋼管和高B值稀土合金釹鐵硼等材料，並使用特殊的製作方法製作而成的磁性過濾棒（磁棒），固定在由優質不銹鋼板材製成的框架中，構成磁性篩檢程式。當含鐵的物料通過時，受到磁力棒的吸引，將含鐵的物質牢固的吸附在管壁上，以保證設備的完好和產品的安全。

三、產品特點：

無能耗、無污染、易清理、採用隔離式脫鐵方式，結構簡單、安裝方便，方便快捷。可安裝於生產線輸送管道中或出料口處，節約空間，安裝方便，磁棒採用交錯式排列方式，磁間距設計周密，使強磁區域得以更加充分的利用。

懸掛式永磁除鐵器是採用優質不銹鋼板材或A3鋼板和高B值稀土合金釹鐵硼或優質磁鋼，並採用特殊的製作方法製作而成。可以懸掛在輸送帶、料槽、管道、飼料盤、傳送帶上方或末端，構成磁性篩檢程式。當含鐵的物質通過時，受到磁板的吸引，將含鐵的物質牢固的吸附在板壁上，以保證設備的完好和產品的安全。
