Standard bars is 25mm(1 inch) in diameter and any length per customer's request,the Max length up to 2500mm, square or other magnetic tubes with different shapes and dimensions are also available.2. magnetic bar usually made of seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application .
3. Usual max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.
4. Various ends-nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt and other kind ends are also available.

Magnet specifications and delivery instructions:
The length and specifications of the magnetic rod can be changed arbitrarily according to the customer's requirements. Φ6~Φ32mm magnetic rods with temperature-resistant grade N and Φ25 with temperature-resistant grade M. If the quantity of magnetic rods of various lengths is less than 200 pieces, delivery can be made within 3 working days, and delivery within 1 week for 500 pieces , Other unconventional products are delivered within 3 weeks.

Application:
Magnetic Bar is mainly used to clear the ferromagnetic impurities in the powder, flake, granular raw materials and so on, and widely applied in ceramics, electricity, mining, plastics, chemicals, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.
Working Principle:
The magnetic bar is composed of high quality stainless steel tube and high B value of rare earth NdFeB alloy, adopting a special production method. and adopts special manufacturing method. When the raw material pass through, the iron material and ferromagnetic impurities will be firmly attracted on the surface of the magnetic bar, to ensure the safety of products and equipments in good condition .
